Dr. Abby Delgoffe is Board Certified in Chiropractic Care and Physiotherapy as well as being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She practices what is considered ‘Sports Chiropractic’, meaning addressing the whole body and treating both the soft tissues as well as the joints. As a professional wakeboarder and athlete herself, her experience translates into sessions that evaluate functional movements, mechanics, soft tissue restriction and joint mobility to get you functioning at your best and remain injury free.

Dr. Abby earned a B.S. in Human Physiology from Michigan State University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She is Titleist Performance Institute Certified, Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Certified, and is a Certified Functional Training Specialist and Stability Ball/Foam Rolling Specialist.

She is trained in neuromuscular reeducation, advanced functional dry needling, active and manual release techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, functional movement screen, and fascial decompression (cupping).

Annelies completed her massage training in Albuquerque at the New Mexico School for Natural Therapeutics. This program included extensive training in massage techniques, polarity therapy, and herbalism, among many other modalities.
