Sports chiropractic is a whole-body approach to diagnosing and treating aberrant biomechanics that could later turn into injuries. Treatments include evaluation as well as therapy utilizing the most state of the art techniques -myofascial release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM/Graston), cupping, active release, compression therapy (Normatec/AirRelax), kinesiotaping, and more! Sessions also include technique and form evaluation as well as at home exercise, nutrition, and rehab prescription. Each session is customized to patient needs.

Amy Clemens has been practicing acupuncture and holistic medicine for over a decade. Originally based in New York City she has been mainly serving the community of Jackson, WY since 2019. Dr. Abby Delgoffe is Board Certified in Chiropractic Care and Physiotherapy. She practices what is considered ‘Sports Chiropractic’, meaning addressing the whole body and treating both the soft tissues as well as the joints. As a professional wakeboarder and athlete herself, her experience translates into sessions that evaluate functional movements, mechanics, soft tissue restriction and joint mobility to get you functioning at your best and remain injury free.

Dr. Abby earned a B.S. in Human Physiology from Michigan State University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She is Titleist Performance Institute Certified, Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Certified, and is a Certified Functional Training Specialist and Stability Ball/Foam Rolling Specialist.

She is trained in neuromuscular reeducation, active and manual release techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, functional movement screen, and fascial decompression (cupping).
